Work language is english (german between german colleagues) Great work environment Very warm and welcoming people Excellent, modern infrastructure Personally had problems with the IT but that was a one time thing No extra time demanded (I was just a student worker) Good salary for the position Learned a lot, made contacts, an excellent experience
Cons
A lot of time wasted in useless meetings and telephone contacts Open office structure makes it hard to focus sometimes (people on the phone, talking...) Not much space to grow within the company Be ready to prove your worth Be ready to be placed in locations like Malasya Some unexplained decisions from the management A few full-time workers (not students) expressed some weariness at their jobs and the company Too much bureaucracy for even the simplest things
