      Not much scope of career growth specifically if you want to move into management functions, most of the people are 15+ years of experience and so no room for some fresher to move up.

      The working environment is life balance promoting. People are great to work with and for and management develops employees to their fullest potential. The work is meaningful and you feel like you're apart of the overall team and end result.

      Cons

      Growth potential is limited. Only so many directors exist, so most end at middle management. People don't generally leave the company to leave vacancies for promotions.
