      Cohesive with the right people mostly. Good global support structure in meetings when a call is made. Very sound technical literature.

      Cons

      Some people have very inept attitudes by emoting bad behaviours. Lacklustre depth of knowledge in management.

      Company with a very good work culture. Provides lot of opportunities for learning and growth. Encourages innovation and supports employees in all their endeavors. Result oriented and process driven and technology focused. Good compensation and very good benefits.

      Cons

      Slight cultural differences between headquarters and child entities. Being a German based company, some employees have difficulties in communicating in English, though English is largely the official language.
