No stock options unless you are a valued employee by upper management. Management always has an ulterior motive. HR dept only works to protect the company and can’t be trusted. Tries to be hip but falls way short of the mark. Very cliquey and old timers make it hard for new employees to get “in”. High levels of bureaucracy. They claim to be transparent though you will never get the real reason for things. Everyone only cares about their own metrics and you are left to fend for yourself at the end of the year. Extremely difficult for newcomers to get up to speed with cumbersome systems and poor team integration.
