      Good colleagues and some supportive leadership members

      Cons

      No clear processes, I've had 3 managers in less than 3 years, gossipy HR staff, lack of work/life balance. More concerned about pleasing the "conservative" employees so they stand for nothing and leave colleagues that struggle with no sense of support.

      Pros

      Decent compensation in comparison to similar firms. Improving office environment.

      Cons

      Lack of decision making in upper and executive management. Work around the clock due to international team locations all over the planet. Serious lack of standards and processes due to poor PMO management. After the Cypress merger the most valuable employees started leaving the firm. Unclear communication to employees about executive decisions.
