      Pros

      Well managed with sound understanding of where they are in the market, where they want to be, and what it takes to get them there. Vision communicated readily to everyone. Fellow employees are cordial and helpful. Good work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Expect long hours at onset. You're going to be hired to get a job done with typically not a lot of structure beforehand. Lots of room to develop and grow. Budgets are seemingly always under review and constraint, so speed on execution is not as effective as it could be.
