      Encourage to study and work on new technologies. Exposure State of the Art technologies. Nice Training programs. very good mentoring and guidance. Good benefits.Financially Very stable company. Conservative and won't spend money for unnecessary things.

      Very Limited opportunity for career growth. Not many positions available. all decisions are made from HQ Germany

      The working environment is life balance promoting. People are great to work with and for and management develops employees to their fullest potential. The work is meaningful and you feel like you're apart of the overall team and end result.

      Cons

      Growth potential is limited. Only so many directors exist, so most end at middle management. People don't generally leave the company to leave vacancies for promotions.
