      Pros

      Advance cutting-edge technologies, with AI transforming a segment of the company due to product portfolio that aligns with the trends with high performance and high-quality products, Flexible working environment and great benefits very smart engineers, with some of the best I saw in the industry.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management vs Peers, making execution slower than industry average, Promotions are non-existent for high performers. Stock compensation is only offered for certain job grades regardless of performance, making it easier to lose talent in the bay area.

      Was a great company before 2024. Hybrid Schedule.

      Cons

      Starting in 2024, The company started with layoffs at the Livonia office and continued for the next 2 years. Many jobs were either eliminated or moved to Mexico or Portugal for "cost savings" The company on the CLM side handled it extremely poor and left many upset. There haven't been any job openings in Livonia over the past 6 months and it is clear that they will move more jobs to low cost countries. There is zero direction on the Sales and Logistics side. What was once a fantastic company to work for in North America is now a shell of itself.
