      If you are looking for growth, seriously consider other locations. Technical and business contribution of this location are very limited.

      Pros

      Making active investments in a lot of technologies, proving they have a decent future roadmap.

      Cons

      The US branch seems to be a mess of acquisitions and the disconnect from Germany can be felt in support/methodologies between the two.

      Good for little or no experience

      Pros

      Good schedule, shift work of 12 hours 3 to 4 days a week rotating, pretty good pay for little or no experience

      Cons

      Long shifts on terrible floors not sustainable long term, with a average of 20k steps a day up to 30k. Semiconductor industry has ups and downs leading to low workforce but still expected to hit quotas.
