      Even with market volatility demand. This company still holds its employee. Still have bonus and benefits. Good management.

      1. Hybrid working conditions. 2. Friendly colleagues. 3. Good training opportunities for juniors engineers and interns. 4. Good career boost for interns and junior engineers who are willing to grow in their field.

      Cons

      1. Some Managers dangle the carrot by giving fake promises when it comes to promotions. 2. Hardworking and talented employees are least recognized and are made to work behind the curtains. But personal favorites are recognized the most. Work credit stealing happens a lot though the managers were aware of it. 3. Low annual salary hikes.
