Pros

Good place to work if you manage your time well, Can come here for retirement. Pays well if you compare it to the other Kulim semicon fab.

Cons

1. Low salary increments and rigid promotion structures (3-5 years) can be demoralising - slow career growth 2. QPI cut (no more quarterly bonus) which was advised by McKinsey. Thanks, McKinsey. 3. No sack policy - high performers should steer clear of this type of workplace. Reason: you will need to work with a lot of dead weights and toxic people
