No proper training in Chennai Minimum wage No benifits (any kind) No employee care No paid vecation (even for superiors) No proper work place Doesn't have a proper work life balance (personal worked for more that 12hr for weeks with no benifits) No proper management (the company at least from Tamil Nadu don't care about employees) Personally I regret joining here
