Pros
The management is somewhat considerate. Work Life balance (this is the only thing that I liked, but it will still depend on which client they will assign you)
Cons
- No bonus - Low salary - You will do jobs that are not even under your job scope. (My job scope was for L1 but I mostly do L2/L3 stuff). In short, high chance you will get underpaid.
