      Pros

      ICS has been one of the few players in Telecom field services with branches in Chennai and Bangalore. It is a good place to work and grow with. If you are good with your work, you will get good name and growth. Company provides both good work and entertainment/engagement activities for employees.

      Cons

      While the culture is good, we have always seen some employees misuse it for personal benefits.

      This is a service based company, it all depends on the project that you are in and your skill set. If you perform good there is no issue at all. The processes are really good. The management is quite cooperative in dealing with your challenges. The HR practices are strong. People are paid well and there is
