No pros. The culture is same like any other service based company.

Cons

This company can throw you out anytime if you are not in project. As they don't have the potential to get new projects, it is always you who is going to pay for it.

Pros

The culture at Infinite Computer Solutions is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. My Opinion about Infinite. * Good Salary * Recognition. * Productive Atmosphere

It would be great if variable pay is included.
