Flexibility, decent salary, 401k even though it is not a match and there is medical and dental
Cons
This is contract type jobs, so no paid vacation, so when you take time off, you don't get paid. If support a company where they believe in work life balance then you will have tons of flexibility, otherwise not so much and health care has high deductible and 401k no match
