- There are no pro's except the fact that this company help employees with visa issues especially who are on H1B
Cons
- You won't get paid if you are working as a consultant. They will delay your pay for 2-3 months - Management doesn't value your time. You will be assisting offshore team at 2-3AM in the morning. No work file balance -They fire employees without giving reasons. Employees are disposable for them - No growth in the company - No hikes and underpay you than average market salary
