      Pros

      Small organization, hence can have the opportunity to learn more. You can learn more as you will be forced to take multiple responsibilities.

      Cons

      no life...only work. management never sends a message that they care for you. In fact they expect you to work more and more without expecting any support or encouragement. HR team is pathetic....there is no culture of celebration.
