Infinite is simply a body shopping company which hired people into their payroll and sell the resources to clients for a billing. The Hired person be deputed to client on-prem location. You live or die doesn't matter. Client makes you over work 13-14 hours a day, micro manages, treat you like slaves, or discriminates and harrasses - infinite will be worried about the billing revenue. You have no value. You are just a dollar value bill in their system. While joining they will talk kindly and once after few months you start raising concern or ask for project change, they show their true colors.
