      Pros

      I got to work work with good client.. but infinite management was always on backfoot to directly talk to client.. they're scared that client will withdraw project.

      Cons

      Leave policy is worst. Only 21 leaves per calendar year. Employees feel too much worked up and leave. Too much Micromanagement. They try to cut costs on minor things. No outlook to access emails as it gets will cost license 😂 We have to earn leave and then take it. It's like a strict factory. Doesn't look like an IT company.
