Pros
1. Hardly any... If you have a good team then great. Otherwise there are hardly any pros. Saying this after spending 4.5 years there
Cons
1. If you join this company as a fresher, forget having a chance to build career in the domain you like. 2. IT IS A SERVICE BASED COMPANY. If your project ends, good luck finding one more project to work for. The HRs will tell you that we're looking for projects but they are doing nothing. 3. The increment that we get there per year is something you can spend it in their cafeteria in a meal. 4. If you want to know how HRs shouldn't be, join this company. They'll set up a classic example of how not be be available, how to be manipulative, how to play with words, how to fool you, how to console you with sweet words and do nothing for it. 6. You will only get projects based on how much you have built up connections and rarely on your skills. 7. Some projects have mandatory WFO system and they don't have the bare minimum facility of GOOD FOOD or CABS( only night shift). 8. There is no parity of increments .... You could get less money with great rating and someone will get more with less rating. 9. The average hike percentage accross the organisation is 3-4% . DO NOT LET Recruiters fool you. 10. I can keep on going on but the management is very poor and the HRs are even useless. 11. The entire facility is in shambles, the cubicles are susceptible to break anytime, the old washrooms are as good as public washrooms. 12. All in all.... JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
