Pros
Place where introverts can excel and make money. Someone who is not looking to work long time for this company can try this place for pocket money.
Cons
Worst CEO I have worked for. He is a person who can deduct money and promise to return on condition “if everyone perform” and when they do he come down to the level were he says “do you have it on email”. Secondly, they have management issues, internal conflicts and politics. They will say they are in support but they are the back stabbers.

• People are nice to work with • Plenty of opportunities for advancement, international business travel • Company willing to hire those with little to no experience, provide training, etc. • Open door policy

• Pay is exceptionally low, much lower than local and national averages • Benefits package could be better • Lack of organization, no clarity on hierarchy • CEO is never in the office

Will offer anyone a JOB, to show it as a helping hand even if the candidate is not deserving, only thing he/she should not ask for money. They will pay the minimum as per their tax benefits.
Cons
1. Onsite is Thailand for them, paying same Indian salary only. 5 people in one flat. "Sleep on floor like you do at your home" words of CEO Raj Inani. 2. They don't follow any labor-laws in India, and you can't talk of it in office. 3. Office Location is next to slum area near to Andheri station. During monsoon, water flooding makes the entire approach road like a walk through the drainage system. Better to stay home during monsoons, take all your leaves instead of swimming in waste water. 4. They can refuse to give you experience verification / relieving documents, so watch out.
