Nice Place, Nice People

Pros

Very nice people to work with. Team environment where someone is already to help. Flexible with doctor's appoints and items like that. Overall though, it was a nice place to work with good people.

Cons

Initial PTO allotment is only 10 days. Technically that is for vacation, sick or anything else. Much of the work is based on government contracts so although fairly stable there is a risk of contracts ending or being revised.

Pros

Great product, dynamic team, strong relationships, and respected business. There is no reason for an ITI employee not to excel. The work is rewarding and challenging. Some employees have been here 20+ years. I have experienced success and watched others succeed. Interpersonal skills, and work ethic are required.

Cons

could use better communication and transparency down through the team.
