This is a progressive organization. As a small business, employees are given opportunities to explore different career paths

Cons

Remote working options make it harder for communication with co workers but use of Instant messaging and meetings help

Nice Place, Nice People

Pros

Very nice people to work with. Team environment where someone is already to help. Flexible with doctor's appoints and items like that. Overall though, it was a nice place to work with good people.

Cons

Initial PTO allotment is only 10 days. Technically that is for vacation, sick or anything else. Much of the work is based on government contracts so although fairly stable there is a risk of contracts ending or being revised.
