Pros

Smaller company with a huge impact. Our product contributes to billions of government funds being saved or spent more efficiently. Always striving to be a better employer and providing growth opportunities to their employees. Great benefits and general concern for employee well being and professional success. It is nice to see a corporation that takes the best interest of the employee at heart.

Cons

Being a smaller company presents some challenges in regard to project diversity and the ability to lateral to other projects and teams.

Great small business where the engineers get experience in a large variety of roles.

Pros

Good coworkers. Plenty of opportunity to pick up new skills. You don't have a boss breathing down your neck. You given allowance for creative design and implementation.

Cons

Doing mostly government contracts means that you have to work with customers that are rarely sure about what they actually want. Its difficult hit a target that is constantly moving.
