      Pros

      Unlimited earnings, opportunity to work from home , and management there to help on calls.

      Cons

      Everything else! No breaks or lunches. Have to ask for permission if you would like to take one and some managers don’t even respond or take hours! You will get burned out!!! Management expects you to make sells from customer service calls. if u take 6 calls with no sales they pull you off the phones to discuss your numbers. It’s very exhausting trying to sell to a customer only for them to hang up once u ask for their social (to qualify them). Most customers don’t qualify for the services, owe a balance or high deposit. Mandatory 6 work day per month is insane. Absolutely no work life balance. Was very miserable and only lasted 2 months (most of these days I called out)

Since your time at the company, we have listened to requests to change our break process and are please to announce that breaks are now pre-scheduled! Also, no employees are scheduled to work six day weeks, as we encourage work-life balance!

      So thankful to have this job with ISG during these uncertain COVID-19 times. ISG has provided me with the opportunity to make as much money as possible AND work from home. Thank you ISG!!!!

      Was there 3 months and busted my behind to make DHA, Come to work 3hrs early everyday because theirs nothing to do till 5pm, had 0 points meaning no tardies, call offs, they go for saving their customers before their employees. I was fired for using the script. They said I was suspended and I waited 5 days no call. I check my email from the company that they send to everyone and had to find out thru a former employee
