Pros

Clean bathroom and occasional free food. Occasional promotion from within.

Cons

Where should I start? No 401k matching, no annual raises, mediocre health benefits, management who takes their frustrations out on you. They offer very few PTO days compared to other companies. They have a high turnover of employees both on the sales floor and in the Finance Department because most people quit for a job that pays more or are fired for the smallest of offenses. You have to bring your own coffee to work. One year that I was there they issued a company wide pay cut. Also, they go out of their way to humiliate employees who have been dismissed in front of everyone in the office in the middle of the day. There are no performance reviews unless you request them yourself. Upper management is verbally abusive towards lower level employees and there is no chain of command to follow in order for your voice to be heard. There are a lot of people in management roles who know how to do their job but don't know how to manage other employees.

Pros

None... I woul not recommend this company to anyone

Cons

They work you to the bone... When we were hired they told us you get (2) 15 minute breaks and a half hour lunch...well that never happened.. They expect you to work overtime all the time. It's so stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Pros

If you hit your weekly quotas for the pay period, the commission received outweighs the draw that you would receive.Opportunities for full-time and advancement with a proven leadership qualities. You also are catered food from local retail restaurants.

Cons

Policies that implemented to the commission structure that make it difficult to hit sales quotas. For example,if you are late once during a pay period, you lose the bonus and receive the base pay per sale averaging out to roughly $9-10. Lunch breaks go from having the option to dine in the facility or a local restaurant, to losing that choice and essentially having to eat at your desk to chase daily quotas. This is where the catering kicks in and your given options from pizza to sub shops locally.
