Pros

Fantastic company to work for. Culture is very employee-oriented and supportive. Can work in many different areas and with many different technologies. One of the best employers in town.

Cons

Projects primarily involve business process implementations which can be less attractive to developers looking for out-of-the ordinary project opportunities. However, recent expansion into the private sector have mitigated this concern.

Pros

- Company culture is seriously fantastic and makes work feel like much less of a chore. Projects are varied and help you gain much more skill in your professional field. - Management supports you 100% if you want to try a different role to see if the work suits you. - Great benefits

Cons

- Structure of management make it difficult to 'move up' in a role, as there aren't really any 'lead' developers. Roles switch out according to different projects which is fine, even great, internally but the lack of movement forward may not look great on paper if you've been here for several years.

Pros

Management takes every opportunity to invest in employees for long term employment. Due to this and its great workplace culture, the turnover rate at Infinity is far below the industry standard. There's a diverse crowd of employees with who contribute equally varied interests and experiences to the group, so there's something here for everyone. Infinity is active in the community and plans events to promote employee interaction. Combine this with fulfilling work and a reasonable balance of work and home life, and Infinity is a great place to work.

Cons

- Project managment and structure can be inconsistent - At times, senior management can feel removed from day to day operation
