Smaller company so you have an impact, many opportunities in Space field, annual company trip, profit sharing, company paid medical/dental, company paid 10% 401K without employee contribution, best owner in the business.
Cons
Lack of remote work opportunities. Feels like new senior management focused on new buzz/ideas more than supporting great employees.
