Do not offer good benefits. They say they contribute to continued education but will not help financially with anything. Even if it directly impacts your day to day job. Your one benefit of PTO is not paid out when you separate from the company. They gaslight you to make you think that you’re asking for too much when you know your value. Inflow also does not promote or give annual pay increases. They say it is based on performance, but continue to move the goal post when you meet their prior metric.
Inflow is incredibly employee focused. There is no micromanagement, and communication across all levels is encouraged. Compensation is above average as well. As a small company, there's a lot of career growth potential.

Nothing really, although individuals who are used to working for larger, more established firms might have a bit of a transition shifting to an agile, entrepreneurial small business.
