Pros
* $ 0.25 snacks and a great location * CEO seems interested in his company but who knows. * The legal team is outstanding and the contracts are so contorted that most lawsuits will not make it past the initial rounds of back and forth.
Cons
So many, you can literally not list them all. * Sr. management will say / promise anything to string the client along even if it is an out and out lie * Sales is instructed to explain how integrated the platforms are and have been doing this for the last 3+ years regardless of actuality. * Its always the delivery teams fault for the failure regardless of what was promised in the sales meetings. * Strategic vision or lack there of; is stuck in the 1990's cutting edge it is not.
