Pros

Pay was good, and benefits were pretty good...that's about it.

Cons

These days they rarely promote from within. Jobs posted, and internally applied, wasn't even considered, no interview or discussion. They hired a contractor they recently brought in to be my boss, after I trained them on the product. They basically post jobs the already have friends in mind for. Great moral booster!

Influence Health encourages employees to apply to any open positions and gives them priority over outside applicants in the hiring process.

Pros

Solid working environment with many smart and dedicated people. Most of the reviews i have read were from disgruntled ex employees that were either eliminated due to not being an A or B player or couldn't keep up with the fast paced working environment. Management has done a good job turning around the sour taste. The products are maturing and scalable.

Cons

Back alley whispers in corporate headquarters. If you are a remote employee, it's much harder to move into a leadership role (which is understandable). Insurance is kind of high, but that comes with being a mid-sized company
