      You can get free accommodation (10-15 people in one apartment)

      Cons

      - They pay very little - Irregular pay schedule - Treat you like bonded labor - They take off money from your salary without letting you know. If you ask they tell you that "It was xyz charge " (Ex. Free accommodation is charged later through your salary)

      Pros

      Accommodation is good in bay area and marketing team is excellent. I landed a project in short time and got the required experience in my chosen field. My friend had recommended to me to join and I have been happy with this decision. Initial training is good.

      Better guidance can be provided to trainees.

      Pros

      No Pros at all. Don't waste your time. It is only good for people who haven't graduated from accredited Universities.

      Cons

      1) It is one of the worst typical desi consultancy. 2) Accommodation is so bad. 3) Office is very far from guest house. Will be wasting lot of time during commuting.
