Pros

Most of the people are really good, friendly folks.

Cons

High stress and little appreciation. More than just office politics, it's also family politics mixed in, with a side serving of high-school-like drama. Management ethics are also on shaky ground.

I Like The Company

Pros

Yes, the company can seem reactive and like everything is a fire drill and you get tired of hearing about the same problem over and over again even though the solution never changes but I like it here. I like that every day is different, I like the company get togethers and the special food days and that in the middle of a crazy work week someone might be handing out burgers thru a makeshift drive thru window at their desk.

Pros

The company put money back into its employees and overall I felt appreciated and a part of a team. They took an interest in you outside of the office too and would support causes that are important to people.

Cons

I didn’t feel like I was moving anything forward. I wanted to learn new things, make a difference in the product and feel like I was growing. You can move to different departments and positions within the company but I didn’t think the promotion opportunities were where I wanted to be in the future.
