pro is that resignation is very smooth. They directly say bye It is a staffing company not software so is good for hr's Team outing think once a year

No good managers. Managers have a lot have attitude as all are friends of ceo and retired people Lot of burden for less salary No growth in salary and career Not good for software employees, as they have basic jobs (dataentry, voice process, invoice preparation, us staffing) Nothing to learn selects only old people and not juniors Fake words at time of interview
