      No chance. Including CEO to HR both are unpredictable . No professionalism. Because of their stupidity they lost one of their honest employees.

      Cons

      Uncountable cons. If you want to do good time pass. This is the best place.Management needs people who will give information on each minute of each person in office. CEO treats employees as his slave's. No job security.
