I've worked for my fair share of businesses with cutthroat environments but InfoTrack takes the cake. Never worked for a company where favouritism and nepotism was how people's work was judged. They pretend as if you have autonomy in your role, but then micromanage every detail of your work then act as if you should have already known that before you've had the chance to actually learn. If you're not drinking the company koolaid and in a boss' good graces, good luck surviving. Would not recommend working here to even my worst enemy. Also their payscale is shocking low compared to the rest of the industry. Do your homework.
