awesome culture, everyone is friendly and open to talk with technical teams are highly knowledgable, everyone comes through a rigorous interview process strict code reviews many perks including gym membership, free coffees and lunches, boat trips

Free lunch, 2x desktops provided-1 for the office & 1 for working from home, team culture, Edward - VIC property services team leader is hands down the best manager I have ever encountered

Cons

managers mean well but become very over-bearing very quickly, stats are the only things that count - no matter if your system crashes and IT struggles to fix it, best not to have family/roommates or children around if you need to work from home
