The company is dedicated to its culture and as a result there are a lot of great people working across the business that are friendly and make it a fun place to work. There is also a strong focus on growing people which you can see from the amount of people that are promoted from within.

- There are really nice, friendly and welcoming people there - The perks (coffee, gym etc) are good - Some really good managers (in certain departments) - HR try their best to make it a great place to work

Cons

- Micromanagement - A cult-ish kind of atmosphere - Low pay by industry standards - A lot of gosip behind peoples backs
