Many perks to entice you in

Made a lot of staff redundant (including me) during COVID pandemic (which is understandable) however some were pregnant and that in my eyes is unacceptable. Paycut 20% for 3 months and no bonuses- but then jobkeeper came in- so was this needed? Company "policy" not to give a payrise when switching roles. Would be fine except for low salaries.

Cons

An overworked, underpaid, toxic culture driven by jealousy and fueled by competition to put each other down. The executive team is not aligned and it is extremely apparent to employees on the ground, they greet you with a smile but always have a hidden agenda. They say they care about you, but only see you as just another resource.
