      Pros

      Company, team and individual goals set every 4 months. Live and breathe those goals and be encouraged and rewarded for achievement.

      Cons

      Head office is in Sydney.. Is advantageous for career opportunities to be based in Sydney.

      Pros

      Not only does InfoTrack value its clients, it truly values its staff as well. InfoTrack has a high performance culture which makes it both an exciting and dynamic place to work. From the moment i walked into my first interview, i knew this is where I was meant to be - i wasn't wrong. Great culture, great people, great dynamic, great perks.

      Cons

      I am yet to find a con for working at InfoTrack. Maybe my commute time to work? But that doesn't even really bother me because I am doing something I love.

      Loved my time here but nowhere to go

      Pros

      Worked with some awesome people and mostly enjoyed my time here.

      Cons

      Top-heavy management. Executives receive huge bonuses for targets that that were achieved by their subordinates. Salary package is a joke - well below industry standard. They don't see value in your role unless you are a software developer or in sales. No room to grow or be promoted. Yes they have some great perks but the perks aren't enough to retain employees if you aren't offering fair wages.
