- Fast paced environment - Good leadership - Great energy (optimisim and belief in people) - Excellent work culture and perks - Simply put, great people!

Cons

- If there is one; I think that the hiring process is a bit too relaxed (in my case anyway), and people may land roles that they might not particularly suit.
