Pros

Great place to start your career if you are in college or just graduated. Learn to work with clients and businesses Very very flexible schedule Lunch every Friday

Cons

I was told by the director that they do not value degrees or certificates. However, they are always complaining about how they can better manage projects and bandwidth. Lots of nepotism. Pay is not consistent across the board. I found other BA’s made $10-$15k more than me with less experience.

Pros

Great people to work with at the co worker level. Snacks, drinks, massage, lunch supplied every Friday.

Cons

Confusing learning environment, inconsistent communication from executives, lower pay, favoritism is apparent in leaders.
