Cons

No increments No bonus Sales are really unprofessional and rude Discrimination even if you are on same role same designation One will get top of the line asset and one a laptop which does not even work

Pros

Fairly good benefits and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Empty promises and lies since acquisition of Openmarket. Completely gutting US employees and outsourcing roles to cheaper labor markets. Poor upper management, providing no clear direction. Micromanagement from senior level positions. Overall very toxic work environment.
