Cons

Low salaries, even for a similar role in the same city. Our top management changes constantly; it changes more than once a year. We have a lot of feedback loops per year, but no critical issues were fixed. Additionally, we introduced some BS like Unfix that really doesn't change our processes and feels like a gimmick.

Cons

Inflation ate up salaries. Company used to do market research on salaries and make sure the salaries are among the best on the market. Now budgets are tight and salary increases are minimum while inflation is rampant.
