      Pros

      Infoblox CARES! Not just for their customers, but also their employees. It is a top priority for the success of both Infoblox contributors and our customers alike. The resources, training, and support are top notch. Truely, the best that I have encountered in 18 years in this industry.

      I have not encountered any concerns, nor have I had any negative experience.

      Pros

      I have had a fantastic experience working here. The company offers a great product and fosters a positive work culture. With a strong emphasis on good benefits and work-life balance, I feel supported professionally. There are also numerous opportunities to grow and succeed within the organization, making it an excellent place to advance your career.

      Cons

      Working from home means that I miss out on team activities and the company-branded clothing, which can leave me feeling a bit disconnected from the team culture.

      Pros

      Work life balance is top notch. The current team and management are very focused on the values as well as ensuring we are all set up for success. The vacation and sick time is above average for most, no black out days.

      Cons

      Same pay structure regardless of what region you are in. Very cookie cutter which doesn’t reflect the global market. Upper management is very cliquey. Sometimes when things are implemented the communication is lackluster and minimal around the new processes. My first year for pay was great, the following year it was bad, lots of things lead up to some major deals not coming in, which then lead to a huge decrease in pay. Health benefits are expensive if you have a family. If you’re single - it’s great.
