Cons

Fast pace, and plenty of work to be done. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you need to take responsibility for your work life balance

Pros

Rich benefits to include annual bonus as well as additional pay for on all duties. Always a positive attitude with a culture that makes the employees feel important. The CEO gives informative videos or blogs of the current direction of the company quarterly.

Cons

Favors a younger opened and involved employee base then I was used to. Management was slow and indecisive to pick needed corporate wide solutions. Many legacy systems still exist with little or no documentation to support it as the goal was to move from on prem to be 100% cloud based, but no plan or leadership to do it successfully. Lack of paid parking for the Tacoma Office as my first 3 months I had to fend for myself.
