      Pros

      Infoblox is a great place to work because there are so many opportunities to grown and succeed. Everyone is smart and professional which makes the working environment stimulating and energizing. I feel challenged and that pushed me to put in my best work every day.

      Cons

      It's not always easy to run an initiative that helps solve a gap. A lot of unnecessary cross-functional buy in is required before the work can begin and that may feel discouraging at times. That however may be the product of a larger company.

      Pros

      Lots of great people at the company. There is a heightened focus on the culture and 2/3 of the company live by it

      Cons

      The 1/3 of the employees that make it a difficult place to work and are culture vultures drain a majority of the energy from you. My experience at most places is this is the case.
