      Pros

      Work life balance is top notch. The current team and management are very focused on the values as well as ensuring we are all set up for success. The vacation and sick time is above average for most, no black out days.

      Cons

      Same pay structure regardless of what region you are in. Very cookie cutter which doesn’t reflect the global market. Upper management is very cliquey. Sometimes when things are implemented the communication is lackluster and minimal around the new processes. My first year for pay was great, the following year it was bad, lots of things lead up to some major deals not coming in, which then lead to a huge decrease in pay. Health benefits are expensive if you have a family. If you’re single - it’s great.

      Pros

      Amazing culture. As we scale and grow the culture is considered and protected. We are collaborative. People at all levels are responsive and respective of each other's time. The company is truly an employee first company and cares about employees. I joined two months before the pandemic. I felt protected, connected and cared for.

      Cons

      I have no cons. The company is having record breaking growth and scaling but are transparent with employees and handling it very well.

      Pros

      Remote and hybrid policies for employees. Office accommodations are amazing. The culture and people are fantastic and kind.

      Cons

      Interview process was a bit lengthy, but after being hired on, it's clear why they go to great lengths to ensure a proper hire is made.
