I have been working at Infoblox for the past 2 years and have been finding it great to work here. The environment is very open and one can clearly express their thoughts and ideas without having to double guess. Work-wise, I have not faced any issues and that is because the higher management understands that we are human and can err at times. Personally, there has been no blame-game or politics that I have encountered. Most of my teammates have been great and very supportive and this attitude can only exist when the management allows it to develop. WLB is fine. I work in the Indian office and have to attend calls with my US colleagues for sharing status and updates etc, but typical work day ends in my evening itself. So we do get plenty of time to unwind. The company also pays for L&D of its employees which is good, though is different amounts based on locations(which is typical). Indian office has canteen-offered lunch every Tues - Thur. Bangalore office is located in a very nice and quiet locality and has plenty of options for commuting.
